Liebe Patient*innen, Eltern und Angehörige,
Sie haben bzw. werden eine ergotherapeutische Verordnung von Ihrem/Ihrer Arzt/Ärztin erhalten? Dann dürfen Sie gerne unser Kontaktformular ausfüllen.
Haben Sie das Kontaktformular ausgefüllt, erhalten Sie von uns eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail und Sie werden auf unsere Warteliste aufgenommen.
Besonders zeitnah können Sie einen Therapieplatz an den Vormittagen bekommen.
Bitte wählen Sie im Formular den gewünschten Standort aus – Sendlinger Tor/Stachus, Josephsplatz oder beide, falls Sie für mehrere Standorte offen sind.

Therapy registration
Dear patients, parents and relatives,
Did or will you receive a prescription for occupational therapy from your doctor? Then you are welcome to fill in our contact form.
Once you have filled in the contact form, we will send you a confirmation e-mail and you will be added to our waiting list.
You can get a therapy place in the mornings particularly promptly.
Please select your preferred location in the form – Sendlinger Tor/Stachus, Josephsplatz, or both if you are flexible.
